1. GENERAL
In order to be able to evaluate and resolve the applications to be made by you data owners pursuant to Articles 11 and 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), this Application Form is submitted to Turaç Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. prepared by.
2. APPLICATION METHOD
You the data owners, pursuant to Articles 11 and 13 of the KVKK; You, the data owners, pursuant to Articles 11 and 13 of the KVKK;to our Company, which is the data controller bearing the title your requests regarding the implementation of KVKK, by filling out this form in writing or by other methods to be determined by the Board;
A signed copy of this Application Form, including the documents identifying your identity in the attachment, to Anıt Caddesi No: 8/5, 06570, Çankaya / ANKARA by hand delivery, or
A signed copy of this Application Form, attaching the documents identifying your identity, to Anıt Caddesi No: 8/5, 06570, Çankaya / ANKARA by registered mail with return receipt or by sending it through a notary public.
In accordance with the provisions of the KVKK, the date on which the application form reaches our Company is accepted as the application date for written applications.

In applications to be made by third parties on behalf of the data owner, a notarized power of attorney must be sent to us along with this application form, and in applications to be made on behalf of children under custody/guardianship, a copy of the documents proving the custody/guardianship relationship must be sent to us along with this application form.
In order to ensure the security of your personal data, our Company may contact you within seven (7) days from the date your application for information reaches our Company in order to confirm that you are the data owner and may request certain information and documents from you in this regard. In this context, the information and documents you have provided to us will be destroyed immediately after confirmation that you are the data owner.
If the requested information and documents are incomplete, the information and documents must be completed and sent to us upon our request. The thirty (30) day period specified in Article 13/2 of the PDPL for the completion of the request will be suspended until the information and documents are fully sent to us.
5. FINALIZATION OF THE APPLICATION
In accordance with Article 13 of the PDPL, our Company will evaluate the application requests made by personal data owners and finalize them within thirty (30) days at the latest, as foreseen within the scope of the PDPL. No fee will be charged from the data owner for the requests. However, our Company reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Our company may accept the application or reject it by explaining the reason for the reasons listed below and may notify the relevant person in writing or electronically. The application of the personal data owner may be rejected in the following cases:
Ø It prevents the rights and freedoms of others
Ø It requires disproportionate effort
Ø The information is public information
Ø It endangers the privacy of others
Ø One of the following situations that are not covered by the PDPL are present
