Our company founded in 1987 by Mehmet Saim ALTUNBAS made its first foray into the industry with a hunting dealership. It started the production process with its modern factory established in 2008.

Obtaining the first rifled cartridge production permit in Turkey in the field of the defense industry, especially in the hunting and shooting sector, is an international company engaged in the production and sale of small arms ammunition. In addition to the production of ammunition for hunting and sports purposes, it is engaged in the production of ammunition for military and defense purposes ıt continues in its facilities consisting of 440 decares of open and 18,000 square meters of closed area.

Turaç, which has always contributed to the development of the hunting and shooting industry in Turkey with its sponsorship services, ın addition to our country located in 5 continents, such as America, Germany, Russia, France, England, Brazil, Indonesia, Kuwait ıt participates in the world’s most important hunting, shooting and defense industry fairs organized in more than 20 countries.

It started its production life with 15 different product types and continues with more than 120 types of products as of today.

Turaç produces an average of more than 200 million cartridges annually and exports 60% of its production to more than 70 countries. It was included in the list of Turkey’s top 1000 exporters in 2019 and 2020.
